ESIC

Employees State Insurance is again a statutory obligation for companies and has a unique methodology of calculation has been included as a module in ORIPAY. The Slabs and the ESIC are rates user defined and generates ESIC statutory reports (ESIC Format-6/7) as per government format printed on pre-determined frequency. Monthly deductions of ESIC are auto generated.

Time Office

ORIPAY has an interface option with time attendance recorder system and can import the leave and overtime data (hours,days.times) from the time attendance recorder system. The specification and sample text files are attached, which will give a brief idea of the predefined formats of attendance text files required for importing the attendance data in ORIPAY. ORIPAY can be integrated with any time attendance recorder provided the attendance text file generated from the time office system is same as per the formats and specification required.

ACCOUNTS INTERFACE

To complete the data flow cycle, it would be desired by clients to post the salary Journal Voucher (JV) automatically into their accounting software. Considering this aspect, ORIPAY has also developed an interface software, which has been integrated with theaccounting software developed by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) namely EX-NGN. Opel Systems and Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a product development partner (PDP) of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). ORIPAY has also been interfaced with Baan ERP system for the JV posting and the company is open to the policy of linking to such other established products and system. ORIPAY has an accounting interface module called as EX-Interface, which is compatible with the EX-NGNaccounting software.
